Port configuration

Different services and third-party applications utilize different port configurations.

Default ports

During installation, the installer configures the following default ports for each service. The defined ports remain the same for both unsecured (http) and secured (https) configurations.

Note: CLS is accessible at licence-api.nuix.com via port 443. You must allow external access from Nuix Neo services to https://licence-api.nuix.com for CLS to function.

You can change the port values for Nuix Neo services in the Nuix Configuration Utility after installation. To change the port values:

Open the Nuix Configuration Utility.

Choose the Nuix service to update from the Services tab.

Modify the port value.

Server port: The default port used to access the Nuix component.

Click Save Configuration.

Restart all modified services for the changes to take effect.
